The Monroe Theatre renovation in Woodsfield, Ohio, continues to gather momentum with a grant award to expand the balcony. The expansion will increase seating capacity for the Theater and provide more space on the second floor. Because the Theatre Committee decided to install two, self-self-contained restrooms to better serve audiences, the original estimate more than doubled in addition to the spike in construction materials.
